In the 1st floor you can find 4 completly furnished bedrooms (3 single, 1 double), spacius livingroom, big kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a big terrace. In the 2nd floor another extra room equipied for being a working space and and extra single bed, another terrace, balcony and a 3rd bathroom.

This luxurious duplex is equipped with everything you need for a few months’ stay: The open kitchen is equipped with appliances (dishwasher, washer-dryer, oven, and microwave—all brand new—) and all the necessary utensils for your stay ( plates, glasses, pots and pans, sheets, towels, coffee maker, toaster), will allow you to prepare delicious meals, should you prefer not to take advantage of the wide variety of restaurants and takeaways in the area.

The beds are dressed with soft linens, ideal for a good night’s sleep, and towels are provided for all guests. The apartment is also provided with high-speed Wi-Fi (300 Mbps) (perfect for working from home) and a Smart TV.
Energy efficient thanks to its aerothermal heating system and ducted air conditioning throughout the entire house for absolute comfort.

It is located on the 1st and 2nd floor.
It can accommodate up to 6 people: 3 individual bedrooms, 2 double bedroom and 1 in the studio.

Perfect for commuters: it has two desks, one 200 cm wide with an ergonomic chair, and a simpler one near the entrance. It also includes 300 MB Wi-Fi and wired internet access from the office.
