This beautifull room has a full private bathroom inside the room. It is also equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay of a few months: double bed with storage space, wardrobe, work area (desk and chair), mirror, TV, individual air conditioning, and a private key. It even has a small refrigerator for your exclusive use!
The “Casa Verde” is a stunning listed 160sqm historical property, built in 1918 and recently renovated with top-quality materials and every modern comfort: aerothermal heating and cooling, ducted air conditioning and heating on the ground floor, individual heating and cooling on the first floor, insulated windows with solar control, a clothes dryer, dishwasher, double fridge-freezer, and more.

The house has 5 private double bedrooms in total. In addition, there are spacious common areas on the ground floor:
A large, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, large refrigerator, a 4-drawer freezer, coffee maker, kettle, and an island with seating for 4.
A dining room with seating for 12.
A living area with sofas and a television.
A large patio with a dining table.
A laundry area on the first floor with a washing machine and dryer. An iron and ironing board are also provided.
Rules
We strive to make living at Casa Verde as harmonious as possible for the seven people who may share the house simultaneously. Therefore, we try to have guests of similar ages (ideally 20-40 years old) who speak English. Furthermore, we require each guest to sign a set of house rules before confirming their reservation.
The most important rules are:
> Restricted use of private areas
> No pets allowed
> No overnight visitors
> No parties or loud noise after 10:00 PM
Other noteworthy aspects
The house is located in the Nazaret district, a former fishing district of Valencia currently undergoing transformation.
If you are arriving by car, parking is easy in the area; there is free street parking available. For public transportation, there are several bus lines and the L10 metro line, which is a tram. Public transport is a 4-5 minute walk away.
The Valenbici bike parking area, Valencia’s public bike rental service, is 100 meters away.
The City of Arts and Sciences and Malvarrosa Beach are a 15-minute and 30-minute walk away, respectively.
The listed price includes the Suite (room) rental, use of the common areas and their contents, weekly cleaning of the common areas, utilities (Wi-Fi, water, and electricity, in reasonable quantities), and bed linen and towels (two sets of each).
The room is located on the second floor (no elevator).

GUEST REGISTRATION: In accordance with national regulations, it is mandatory to register all guests with the competent authorities. You will receive instructions by e-mail once your stay is confirmed.
LENGTH OF STAY: Only for stays longer than 11 days, in accordance with Seasonal Rental regulations under Royal Decree 1312/2024, the Urban Lease Act (Article 3), and the corresponding Seasonal Rental Agreement.
